Delivery & Order Guidelines – For Furry Friends Chef

🐾 Delivery Presence
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as our food is freshly cooked and delivered frozen. If no one is present and we are unable to reach you, the food may be left outside at your own risk, and For Furry Friends cannot be held responsible for its condition.

🏠 Access & Redelivery
If our delivery driver cannot access your premises or if incorrect delivery information is provided, the order will be returned, and a redelivery fee of $8 will apply.

❌ Returns & Refunds
All our meals are freshly prepared to order, so we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

⏱ Delivery Time
During peak periods, deliveries may take longer than usual (up to 5 working days). We will do our best to deliver within your chosen time slot. In case of unexpected delays, we will reach out to arrange an alternative.

💳 Cancellations & Unpaid Orders
Cancellations will incur a 20% fee to cover administrative costs, fresh ingredients purchased, and payment gateway costs. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
